The commercial property manager will also serve as a liaison between the tenants and the owner. If the tenant has a problem or needs repairs in his space, he will see the manager, who will take the necessary steps to solve the problem or fix what is wrong. It is the manager’s responsibility to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of the owner and tenant. If the tenant does not pay rent as described in the lease or does something that is not in the lease, the commercial property manager will be responsible for serving the eviction notice. Each jurisdiction or state has its specific regulations regarding eviction. When serving an eviction notice, the manager must make sure to follow each step of the process to the letter. This ensures that everything is done legally and that the tenant cannot complain about being illegally evicted.
