Tech which makes Sense

Too Human takes a cyber punk retelling of Norse mythology. Rather than the typical gods you’d expect to see, the Norse Gods are cybernetically enhanced humans. You play Baldur, one of their gods. In fact, you are the son of Odin. As the son of Odin, your job is to watch over and protect the human race from an approaching machine army led by the demented Loki and bent on humanity’s destruction.

There are five classes you can choose to play, but the demo only allows the option to play as the Champion. With five options and only one option, one can feel a little unsure whether or not to buy this game to make the final decision.

How about trying all the classes?

With the Berserker you will discover that they prefer fast melee combat. They are the only class in the game that can wield either two swords or staffs.

The Defender’s job is to be the tank. Large amounts of armor make him a perfect battle station to ensure that the enemy’s attention is on no one but him, so his less-armored allies can unleash their fury on the enemies around him.

The Commando is your long-range tactical combat class. This class can be in the back and dish out explosions and damage if your defender can keep the attention of all the enemies in front of you. If you don’t have a defender nearby, Commando can summon spiders that have their own variety of attacks to distract enemies.

The Champion is your overall balance of armor and damage. It can help the defender deal with the bad guys around him, but it can also do a good amount of damage to take out anything in front of him.

This is the guy that will make sure everyone in your party stays alive. With different ways to heal himself and the party, he’s a much-needed addition to any party fighting Loki’s forces.

“Great”, you’re thinking. “But how can I play all these awesome classes in the demo?” Silicon Knights hasn’t forgotten you, but you’re going to have to work for it. They have put this in as an intentional easter egg for those who want to get as much out of the demo as possible.

To get these classes in the Too Human demo, you have to use a different type of cheat code.

Once you have finished downloading the demo, disconnect your Xbox Live. If you don’t do this, then you won’t be able to play as any of the other classes except the Champion.

Once you’re disconnected from Xbox Live, go to console settings in the Xbox menu, select clock settings, and change the date to 2009. Xbox Live sets your clock automatically if you’re connected.

Now that you have done this, go back to the demo and you will be able to play the game in the Berserker or Commando class.

For the Defender or Bio Engineer classes, you need to select the character over and over again as fast as you can for 4-5 seconds, and then press left or right.
