Tech which makes Sense

I have always liked living in South Florida. I feel the warmth hugging me from morning to night. Untouched by severe storms in recent years, it has been injured.

The beaches, the outdoor activities and the climate are very attractive. The travel and moving industry has recovered quite a bit with a large number of new home and apartment developments in progress. In downtown Delray they have built a new market with fast food sections of all kinds. There is talk that they are building a shopping center and several new office buildings.

I always prefer Palm Beach, all the stores have reopened and living here during this pandemic has had a new breath.

Delray Beach is one of the places where I spend most of my time. It has the flavor of New Orleans and music can be heard in the shops and restaurants, even the candy store. Sometimes we find ourselves dancing in the streets.

A good friend of mine, a real estate agent, is working overtime, Northerners, Californians, and many from the Midwest are rumored to be moving here at record speeds.

When dining in Delray, especially around holidays and events, it’s where you want to be. Full of characters of all kinds, at any given time, the streets have happy and colorful people dancing or strolling.

Dining at Sazio’s we watched the parade of people from a window table. We could see passersby looking at the great salads and other Italian dishes being enjoyed by families and couples dining near us. One of the girls her mother was holding almost fell when she turned to look at one of the pizzas that had just been presented.

Delray chefs, Sazio are known as creative artists.

Chef Monica prepared our favorite dish, steak salad. Although all of Sazio’s cooks are good, it is always a pleasure to dine there when Monica is in the kitchen. As the bartender brought out cocktails for the dinners sitting outside, the hostess started to form a line and we were glad we got there early enough to get our table.

Once again, many flocked to the high street restaurants. People from all over look forward to vacationing in our great state. I could see the heavy construction flow of traffic on our roads. The storage company I use told me that, like many others, they are fully rented.

I tried to get some movers the month before for some furniture I was buying from a neighbor and they were all so busy I had to wait over two weeks.

Before we knew it, our server was walking towards us. We quickly moved our drinks out of the way as he placed our plates in front of us.

The juicy steak and portobello mushrooms stood out on the outside of the salad, with red bell pepper, cheeses and assorted vegetables, it caught our eye. We quickly poured on our lime and balsamic dressings and dug in. The various flavors danced around my mouth. I can honestly say that I am always happy when my date chooses Sazio in Delray. The couple at the table across the table were talking about the salt wash in the ladies room and how their hands felt so soft. I leaned over to look at the large plates that the waitress had left on her table, they were delicious and I really enjoyed our dishes.

“Maybe we could order those dishes”,

I whispered softly nodding towards the nearby table.

“Next time.”

Dining in Delray, especially at restaurants like Sazio, rarely disappoints, that’s for sure. And you can get here by car, bus, train, even trolleybus.
