Campfire Pizza Sandwich

What do you need:

  • 1 english muffin

  • 3 pieces. sliced ​​pepperoni

  • pizza sauce

  • shredded mozzarella cheese

  • cooking spray

Cut English muffin in half and spread desired amount of pizza sauce on each cut side. Sprinkle the desired amount of mozzarella cheese. Place the pepperoni slices on one slice of the muffin and top with the other half to form a sandwich.

Spray a pie plate with cooking spray, then place the muffin sandwich inside. Close and cook over a campfire for 4 to 6 minutes. per side or to desired doneness. Cool a few minutes before serving.

What do you need:

  • 3 tablespoons chili

  • 2 tablespoons grated spicy cheese

  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon chopped sweet onion

  • 1 teaspoon diced sweet gherkins

Spread the chili on both slices of bread. Sprinkle both with sharp cheese and cheddar then top with onion and pickles. Put the two slices together to create a sandwich. You can place the sandwich in a sandwich press or griddle to toast over a campfire, or wrap it in heavy-duty aluminum foil on a grill. Heat only for 2-3 minutes!

Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Rolls

What do you need:

  • 12 Piece Hawaiian Bread Dinner Rolls

  • 12 slices of serrano ham

  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

  • 2 tablespoons grated onions

  • 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

To make the spread, combine the butter, mustard, poppy seeds, onions, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir to combine the ingredients well. Cut dinner rolls in half horizontally and spread each half with the prepared batter.
