Tech which makes Sense

Let’s imagine for a minute that your body is a rocket designed to go into space. If mission control attempted a launch without the usual rocket boosters, you’d take off and go pretty far, but you certainly wouldn’t make it through Earth’s atmosphere and into space. Ok, so what does this have to do with natural homemade energy juices?

Well, those regular energy juices that people make are similar to the fuel that a rocket ship has on board. It will allow them to perform better than they otherwise would, but they could do even better if they added a booster rocket to their juice recipes. Fortunately, such a booster exists; It is readily available and is also very inexpensive.

This atomic power I am referring to is nothing more than bee pollen. Yes, simple bee pollen. Athletes have known this for decades, and many of them have won Olympic gold medals. In fact, bee pollen has been held in high regard for centuries, and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Roman gladiators used it, as it was very popular with the ancient Greeks and Romans.

Of course I could go into more detail and use a lot of scientific jargon to explain exactly why it has such a profound effect on a person’s energy levels, but I’m afraid it might bore you to death. However, what I can say is that I am a very enthusiastic cyclist, I do a couple of hundred kilometers every week, so I know how effective bee pollen is.

There is no other food that we know of that is capable of boosting your energy levels as much as bee pollen does, but there is a catch. If you buy the wrong pollen, chances are you’ll end up bitterly disappointed. On top of that, you could also be putting your health at risk.

First of all, bee pollen has been packaged so well by Mother Nature that it could survive even the worst postal service in the world. Each pollen grain is protected by an exine layer and an intine layer. This is effective enough to ensure that a pollen grain can survive for tens of thousands of years, and in fact archaeologists often use this to their advantage in dating archaeological discoveries. The downside is that our digestive system is simply no match, so if you want to take bee pollen for energy, you need to find the right kind.

The second problem you face is purity. Bees often collect pollen several kilometers away from their hives. If they collect pollen from plants that have been sprayed with insecticides, those toxins will mix with the pollen. Scientists have found traces of various harmful contaminants in bee pollen collected from hives in urban and industrial areas, so again, finding a reliable supplier is crucial.

Adding bee to your homemade natural energy juices will make a world of difference, but the pollen needs to be digestible, and of course you want it to be free of any potentially dangerous contaminants.
