It is still worth staying in a place free of moisture problems. Long-term moisture problems sometimes lead to mold growth. And being exposed to some types of mold can lead to a more serious health problem. Living in a place with humidity problems can be dangerous for people who are allergic to mold.

Take a close look at the perimeter of the property and check it as thoroughly as you can for any openings or holes that could let pests in or heat out. Pay due attention to areas where gaps often occur, which are around the foundation and the roof line. Living in a well-sealed house helps us avoid discomfort living in its walls. Inspect electrical outlets

Never forget to consider the electrical connections in the apartment or house you are moving into. Make sure you have adequate power outlets for your needs.
