For over 100 years, people have loved cars, especially big kids like me and their kids. I remember when I was a kid I got a go-kart for Christmas and loved it for years. My parents loved it because it kept me out of all sorts of mischief, except when I got it on the back of my dad’s ankles. Kids today are no different, they still love cars and just about anything that moves, and there are better toys for them today than we had, toys you could only have dreamed of as a little kid.

First of all let me tell you my go kart was just as awesome as I drove it I was the engine but nowadays even though you can still get pedal cars that car is powered by kids they also have electric cars that not only they make the children even happier. but it’s also more like driving a real car like your parents do, only much cleaner and more efficient. They may be self-propelled electric cars now, but they are still safe and most have a top speed of 3mph and have low voltage batteries. Some electric pedal cars for older kids have larger batteries and go a little faster, usually up to 5-6 mph. Some even have imitation seat belts.

What I love about the pedal cars available today is that they actually look a lot more like real cars than ever before. As a kid, I had no idea how much a Ferrari cost, but I knew I liked the way it looked. Today you can buy an electric Ferrari pedal car for about the same cost as others. I wish that was true for real cars! I certainly would have loved to ride that as a kid and would tie it to my hat as I cruised down the driveway at 5mph in my Ferrari. Maybe you have a Camaro, well your kid too, there are all the pedal car kids, be it push, electric or old fashioned pedal cars.

However, there are not only cars, there are trains, planes, spaceships, all kinds of different pedal cars to choose from depending on what your children like best. One of my earliest memories was sitting in a push-pull Thomas train and I will never forget it.
